Karlee Kamminga '23 MM joins U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band

Congratulations to NEC alumna Karlee Kamminga '23 MM on joining the U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band. Karlee plays horn in the band and serves as their Director of Social Media. She joined the USAF Heartland of America Band in November 2023.
Karlee has prior experience at the Boston Symphony Orchestra as the Tanglewood Music Center Coordinator. She has also been an NEC Teaching Fellow providing group and private lessons to underserved students in Boston Public Schools and in El Sistema programs. Karlee received her Master of Music in French Horn Performance in 2023 from NEC, and her Bachelor of Music from Western Michigan University.
