Luke Sieve ’23 wins Bass Trombone position with the Cleveland Orchestra

Congratulations to NEC alumnus Luke Sieve ’23 on winning the Bass Trombone position with the Cleveland Orchestra. He will join the orchestra in January 2024.

Luke studied Trombone Performance at NEC with James Markey and graduated with his Bachelor of Music in May 2023. Since graduating, he has performed with the Cincinnati Symphony and Boston Pops Orchestra as a substitute musician, and was also a member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra during the 2021-2022 season.
